Bought and xbox series x and set it up for "3 easy payments." Went to confirm my order and check the delivery date. Saw that you could change the delivery date, only after the order and first payment were made. I thought that was weird and stupid, but I though sure change the delivery date to a more convenient date and might have to pay a little more. No I paid about 800+ dollars. They charged me in full everytime I changed the date. And I only changed the date 3 times because I couldn't tell if it had actually changed. There was nothing showing me the day had changed. You'd think they would only charge for the change in the delivery fees. Since its an option they made available only after you've placed the order, not when your making it. No were does it say you'll be charged in full every time you change the date. Then customer service does nothing to help to remove the charges, even though my bank says they can remove those charges right then and there on the same day. Getting a supervisor to take the charges back is next to impossible, they just take your name and tell you someone (a supervisor) will call you back in 4 hours. Well after the banks will be closed. So here I am negative 900 dollars, because in total I was charged almost 1200 dollars for a 800 dollar item that hasn't even been packaged and shipped yet. And what do I get from qvc for all the trouble they caused, nothing but, I'm sorry sir. No discount, no help, nothing but a big fat middle finger of a sorry, fees for being in the negative and stress because now my bills will be late. I was on the fence about buying threw qvc before, now I know to never make the mistake of buying anything threw them ever again. Horrible customer service, useless and lazy. The website is flawed, not user friendly, doesn't give you all the information you need, and charges you more than what its showing without telling you or having you authorize it.

QVC is rotten to the core. Their chosen financial company (Synchrony ) is just as bad.... stay clear

QVC is bad on many levels ( very poor customer service, zero transparency, borderline shady and unethical practices) and the company they have as customer financial facing( Synchrony) is below standard as well... Do yourselves a favor and stay clear of this nightmare they call QVC...

There is an on line company called QVC Fashion. I received the items, they did not fit but there was no means of returning them. No return document and no response to email. They are not part of QVC. I spoke to them and they confirmed nothing to do with them.

Everything was great with QVC until I had fraudulent activity with my account. Everything went down hill. Dealing with their customer service is a dam joke. No one knows what’s going on. All they do is keep hanging up on me when they don’t know what to do. Long story short they fixed my fraudulent problem after 6 months of fighting back n forth. Then close my account n resend a new account n send me to collections for stuff they then selfs didn’t know. Tired of dealing with the back and forth n just closed my account.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. This company is a joke and their customer service is beyond disappointing. I've decided to stop buying from them because the price keeps getting higher and the quality keeps getting lower. The shipping and handling is outrageous. They have shipped me 8 of the same before. Also if they're out of an item they'll send something in place of it just hoping you'll buy it. They are horrible at putting the smart lables in with the items and they make it almost impossible to get them because I don't think they want you to return anything. I can't believe the people that work for them that seem so honest and nice knowing all along they're scamming people left and right. Makes me wonder if they're really good people at all or if they get a kickback. Who knows. All I know is I'm DONE!

Do not trust QVC. They oversell more than they actually have in stock snd then blame it on the vendor!
They will cancel the shipping snd then use the excuse that you will find out by a letter in the mail!
I recently had a problem with them overselling a roomba offered at an amazing TSV price,
I was one of the first ones to order and yet my shipping was cancelled 6 days later. Obviously they had nothing to ship!
Seems very deceptive to me and now after collecting my payment on August 27 I have to wait 3 more days for the payment to "drop off"!
They are very unapologetic for their screwup and will only honor the price if another order should be able to ship within 30 days. How would you even know?
This is not the first time I have had this experience with them!
If you don't have it.., don't sell it!!!
Don't bother talking to a supervisor because you will just get the same answers you could get from any customer service rep. Actually the first person I talked with tried to blame it on me cancelling the shipping!!!

I have been fairly fortunate regarding quality of products. I have only had a couple orders that were not as advertised. My problem is the shipping time. I cannot believe it takes so long to receive an order. Why is this the only company that takes at least 10 days to ship orders. I could ride a bicycle to the warehouse to pick up my order faster. Happens with every order I place!

QVC a bunch of thieves. They’re incompetent. They have overcharged me time and time again just paid off my account with QVC. The credit card company tells me the QVC send them double charged double booked something stupid anyways ended up paying an extra $353 again ripping up the stupid card. Sad thing is we didn’t even need this card we have a good credit with good credit cards. Ripping the card up as we speak. Do yourself a favor do not use QVC they are thieves in the product it’s cheap

Should be zero stars. They refuse to exchange damaged item they sent me, refuse to accept refund. Their online “help” chat just ghosts you. Absolutely NO help in exchange or refund- plus they sent a damaged item!
